About the Business
Our rich fruit cake is made with butter, rich dark brown sugar and lots and lots of fruit soaked in brandy. Then, we bake them long and slow, and when they are cooled we feed them with some brandy and leave to mature. Afterwards we ice with a white marzipan, made of ground almonds and sugar, and apply a coloured icing of your choice. We are also happy to ice and decorate your home made fruit cakes as well.
