About the Business
With 30 years of cake decorating experience, including 15 years of trading as Cake Magic and just over 9 years of teaching and demonstrating I can honestly say I still love my job! Cakes are baked and decorated on the shop premises ensuring the best possible quality. Being someone with a gluten intolerance I happily bake gluten free sponges and fruit cakes to order. These days its not just Victoria sponge cakes chocolate cake and fruit cake that people want so I find myself baking Carrot, Red Velvet, Ginger, Lemon and more. Cakes can either be made and decorated for you, or your own home made cake iced and/or decorated for you. Alternatively I can just bake the cake for you to do the rest. The choice is all yours and if you want help with any particular part of a project then advice is available too. Basically anything you want or need help with just ask.
