When choosing a product as personal as a cake you want to be confident that your supplier has the skills and experience to meet your expectations. I trained in traditional royal icing and sugar and marzipan modelling and hold professional qualifications in bakery and confectionery. On completion of my training, I gained further experience as a specialist confectioner working at a number of Surrey's more exclusive bakery and confectionery outlets.

I then chose to turn independent, whereupon being freed of the commercial pressures have been able to provide a level of personal service second to none, where every cake is as special to me as it is to you.

Based in Addlestone, Surrey, I have been supplying cakes to customers in Surrey and South West London for over 20 years. I have produced many bespoke cakes in Fruit, Sponge, Chocolate, Carrot and Gluten free.
