Lottie McPhee's

Nine years ago unimpressed by the range of cakes available to serve to our customers, we decided to make our own sweet treats. We set to creating tempting flavours such as Lemon & Mandarin, Raspberry & White Chop Chip, Banoffee and the list of flavours we offered kept increasing on a regular basis.

Our first chance to sell direct to the public was at the very first Living North Show in 2005. With great success and from there, we had an opportunity to sell at the Newcastle Quayside Sunday Market in 2007. This was when the Lottie McPhees Cupcake brand came into being and our customer base increased very quickly. The name Lottie McPhees is a collaboration of our two daughters names, Charlotte (Lottie), Pheobe (Phee) and their grandma's middle name McClaughlin (Mc).

Is an eclectic mix of all things vintage and pretty in an array of soft sherbet colours with a touch of sparkle.
