Baking has been my passion for over 20 years, and there is nothing more rewarding than making people happy from cakes I put all my heart into. Cake decoration has always been important, but for me the most significant thing about a cake is its taste. Over many years I have perfected my recipes through experience and most importantly practice. I have also acquired some new twists to traditional recipes meaning I provide my customers with something a little bit special and unique, perhaps even surprising.
