About the Business

We require a non refundable deposit of £100 upon booking. Please contact us to arrange payment. Full payment must be made at least one month before the date of the ceremony. Failure to pay may result in cancellation. If you wish to cancel, this must be sent to us in writing no later than one month before the wedding. In this case, if you have paid in full, we will refund your payment, minus the £100 deposit.

If you have paid in full and wish to cancel with less than 30 days notice, then we regret we are unable to offer you a refund. The maximum number of passengers is 5, this may be less depending on the size of the dress and passengers. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property whilst using our van.

In the event of breakages/spillages/body or panel damage to the van due to negligence by the hirer or the hirer's party, then the hirer is liable for all costs. As the van is 51 years old, rear seatbelts are not required by law. Children under 18 travel at their own risk and must be accompanied by an adult. The van is not suitable for children who need a booster/travel seat, or children under 3 years old.
