My love of food was passed on from my mother who was a 'foodie', long before the term was coined, and that is why it's essential that my cakes taste fantastic - I'm always looking for new and exciting flavours and all my recipes have been repeatedly tried and tested. I made my first wedding cake 15 years ago but it was only in 2009, when considering going back to work after having a family that I decided to set up my own business.
