About the Business
My love of food was passed on from my mother who was a 'foodie', long before the term was coined, and that is why it's essential that my cakes taste fantastic - I'm always looking for new and exciting flavours and all my recipes have been repeatedly tried and tested. I made my first wedding cake 15 years ago but it was only in 2009, when considering going back to work after having a family that I decided to set up my own business. Whether the cake is traditional or contemporary, each wedding cake is sketched and the design is perfected to ensure I make the wedding cake of your dreams.
I really believe that the devil is in the detail, so look out for the little trade mark butterfly fastening the ribbon on the back of an Angharad Llywelyn wedding cake! Wedding cakes have moved on so much in the last 10 years, these days just about anything is possible, your imagination is the only limit!
