The release of white doves at your wedding symbolises the commitment between a husband and wife to support and love each other for a lifetime. Many couples include doves as a way to express their love and devotion to each other. The Bride and Groom may each hold a white dove. After giving each other a kiss they release them together to symbolise the beginning of their new life together. Or alternatively you may wish to release the birds from a decorated cage or basket.
