Joyce set up Brides and Beauty in 2006 and she has built Brides and Beauty's reputation on offering a friendly and specialist service for all people, men included, providing expert help and advice on treatments, make-up brands and application techniques as well as styling and makeovers. Joyce regularly appears as a beauty expert in newspapers, magazines, online and on BBC Radio Berkshire as part of Speakers Corner.
She has written articles for Salon Magazine, Vitality Magazine (BABTAC), Lime magazine (London) and Cosmopolitan magazine (UK). Continual training is essential to keep Brides and Beauty ahead in the beauty therapy industry.
