Cupcakes By Jess

After getting into baking a few years ago, I discovered that I had a certain talent and love for making cupcakes. They were so versatile, could be made in so many colours and flavours and could be topped with so many decorations! Before long, I was buying all sorts of cupcake paraphernalia and I was constantly working on improving my skills. It was being stuck at university for three months that made me realise that cupcakes was what I wanted to do and, soon after leaving, "Cupcakes By Jess" was born!

I like to think that I specialise in the original and the different and try to make my cupcakes unique. I don't make them look like something else and I don't smother them in decorations. My cupcakes look like cupcakes, just a bit more colourful or a bit more glittery or a bit more deliciously tempting than what you may be used to. Furthermore, I never let the quality of the cupcake suffer.
