About UsAjennie Subaran, is renowned for her passionate love for baking, which has always been at the centre of her background. Her love for baking led her to study Home Economics at school. Her passion for baking directed her to develop her skills in sugarcraft. Through developing her sugarcrafting skills, she now has 16 years of experience crafting exquisite sugar flowers. Her flowers are delicately crafted to perfection and leave most customers asking "Are they fresh flowers"? Ajennie has been in continuous training with The British Sugarcraft Guild, of which she is also a member. She has received many certificates through other examining boards i.e. RSA, Centra and Newcec. As a result of her reputation for baking, decorating and sugarcrating for family and friends, her cake business 'AJ's Heavenly Cakes' was born in 1994. In November 2009 Ajennie entered for the first time the Sugar Floral competition at Cake International, Birmingham.
